Let's Shoot
You'll receive all the information you need to prepare for your shoot via email, allowing you to turn up to my home studio excited and rearing to go! I'll guide you throughout our session so we capture some amazing images!

Pick your favourite headshots from your private online gallery available within 48 hours of our shoot. Once chosen, I'll professionally edit your images and get the final shots over to you within 2 weeks!
About Jonny
I've been a Leeds based photographer for a good number of years now and have worked with 100's of clients! The thing I love most is capturing my clients being unapologetically them! The performing arts industry is so competitive nowadays, but your unique selling point is YOU! I think it's so important that when someone sees you in one of my images, they discover your unique personality and that it creates a lasting impression for them!
I work exclusively with clients in the performing arts sector; from actors, to dancers, to singers, to those who are a triple threat and can smash all 3! I know having headshots taken can sometimes be a little nerve-racking, or maybe just something you feel you 'need to get done' for your career, but I promise you, by the end of our shoot, you'll have had a great time!
I take pride in not only producing beautiful images, but in making the process as easy, fun, and enjoyable as possible for you!
Fun, relaxing, & enjoyable
Getting your headshot taken can be a little scary, especially if it's your first time! Keeping our session fun and relaxed will allow us to work on letting your personality shine through your images! I'll also coach you through simple posing techniques as this can be tricky for some people too!

You're one of a kind....your headshots should be too! You want your headshot to stand out from the crowd. For that, you'll need someone with a unique style, and who really knows how to get the best out of you in front of the camera.
Home Studio Based
I shoot headshots out of my home studio based in Cookridge, Leeds. A cosy home studio creates a more calming atmosphere than a large commercial studio. There's also free parking on the street outside, Horsforth train station is only a 10 minute walk away, and there's plenty of bus routes close by too!

Where's your home studio based?
I'm based in Cookridge, Leeds (LS16). As my studio is based within my home I don't display my exact address online for obvious reasons. Once you've booked in, you'll receive my exact address in your confirmation email so you know where to come on the day! If you'd like to know my exact address before booking please do get in touch! There's free street parking right outside, close bus routes, and I'm only a 10 minute walk away from Horsforth train station too!
Are the photos retouched?
Yes! Once you've chosen your favourites I'll edit them to make sure you look your best. I don't go over the top with retouching as it's important your headshots look like you! I'll also remove any spots or blemishes that you don't usually have! Don't worry about any last minute breakouts!
What do I wear/bring to the shoot?
I'll send you a comprehensive guide on what to bring/how to prepare for your session in your confirmation email. You can also find this guide HERE.
What's the process?

Will you coach me?
Of course! Being photographed can be an uncomfortable experience for many. I know all the posing tips and tricks to help you look amazing! I'm yet to meet anyone who I haven't helped loosen up within a couple minutes of their session!
What happens if I've booked but then cant make my shoot?
No problem! As long as you let me know at least 2 days before your shoot we can either move your session, or I can provide you with a full refund!
